I’ve read South Beach Diet, and am familiar with Zone, and Weight Watchers. They all seem to be healthy lifestyle changes and have lots of success stories. I am not looking for a fad diet, but something that will be a long-term way of eating that will be simple to follow and effective. What would you recommend?
