What is a good eating diet for a 13 year old?

When I mean ‘diet” I dont mean Im fat what do I do?
I want to know what I can do NOT to get overweight and to eat better.
I am on a competitive soccer team and that helps me but I am in off season so i need some help. Could u also give me some tips on what to eat how much etc..

I’m 13 too, and so I’ve been told I have a great eating diet, so here goes…

There is nothing you CANT eat, but there are pleanty of things you musn’t have too much of, such as salt, fat, sugar e.t.c.

I have 2 pieces of fruit evry day, and then 3 vegtables, so that fills the 5 fruit a day saying, maybe you should try that!!!!
