I need to loose 100 pounds by June 2009. I know being on any diet I will have to take vitamins & drink water?

well first only eat when ur hungry and eat a good breakfast. eat small porportions of food when ur hungry and also a lot of apples and celery. ive lost 40 pounds so far with this.walk for at least 30 mins a day 4 times a week and it doesnt hurt to bike to or walk even more. now the first few days itll look like u gained a little bit but dont worry its just waterweight and it will go away if u keep it up. drink 2 cups of water with every meal and make sure its at least 6 cups this will fill up ur stomache a bit and make u less hungry.if your doing it this way u should lose a pound every 1-3 days.the key is being patient.
